Misture a gelatina e todos os ingredientes (excepto o pudim e o leite magro) até obter um creme homogéneo. Unte uma forma de fundo removível com 20 cm de diâmetro. Despeje a massa e leve ao forno por 25 minutos. Retire e deixe arrefecer. Entretanto prepare o pudim de morango usando as 2 chávenas de chá de leite magro e coloque o pudim sobre o bolo de modo que forme uma camada lisa. Leve ao frigorífico por 2 horas e corte em fatias.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Notas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Os adoçantes contendo fenilalanina como o Canderel não são aconselhados para preparar doces que sofram aquecimento na sua preparação. Nessa situação deve utilizar adoçantes contendo ciclamato e sacarina como por exemplo Hermesetas líquido ou Hermesetas granulado cristalizado. Verifique a composição do adoçante no rótulo. A maior parte das gelatinas do mercado contêm açúcar. Retirar do lume, misturar todos os ingredientes com a gelatina e bater bem com a varinha mágica. Colocar num recipiente adequado para mousse e levar ao frigorífico. Junte as folhas de hortelã inteiras. Amoleça a gelatina em 1 dl de água e junte mais 2 dl de água quente, deixe dissolver. Junte 1 lata de seven-up diet, adicione de seguida as frutas.
